About Sterling Young II

As a real estate professional I realize buying or selling a home is a major decision that has a significant life impact. I take each client through this experience with exceptional, personalized service and over 20 years experience as a Realtor with a background in loan origination. I understand the process and nuances we may face.  I keep up with the most recent real estate data and local markets. My sales stats have consistently been one of the highest in my area.
My expertise is in the negotiation between parties and closing a transaction that is in the best interest of my clients.  It is a priority to keep my clients updated throughout the process and be readily available to respond to their questions and concerns. 
I am a native Californian, married with 2 children, and primarily serve the Southern California areas.  My main business development has been through referrals from previous clients, and maintainIng business relationships with many repeat clients which has helped me develop a broad base knowledge of buying and selling residential, commercial and investment properties.
Through the years I have been active in community programs such as Big Brothers of America, Dreamlift, Make a Wish, Wounded Warriors and Special Olympics. Also, I have been involved in fund raising for special events.
